relación provided digital marketing services to the Art Series Hotel Group. We did a UX audit, reviewing everything from content to design, from speed to functionality. Additionally, we reviewed their Google Analytics and provided them with feedback on gaps that appeared in their offer. After performing research to better understand the users and their needs more clearly, we presented our findings. The final presentation included a review of the outcomes and recommendations that can be circulated internally in a simplified manner to be actioned.
